Checks if the user is banned in Telegram's Anti-Spam Services like:

Commands

/start: To start the bot.
/check: Initiate a user check.

How to use bot?

Just follow below simple steps.

Click on START to start the bot.

Send /check followed by user id to check user. Also you can add bot to group and reply to user message with /check keyword.
